Birthdays and private parties at Tumblers Gymnastics are a fun time for everyone! Our coaches create an exciting atmosphere with gymnastics activities, games, and open play, while adults can enjoy from our waiting areas. Kids’ tables are available for your party needs. Parties can either take place in 2-hour blocks on either Saturdays or Sundays in a fully private gym setting.

Conditions of Hire  

1. Any damage caused to the Centre fittings furnishings or equipment will be charged to the Party Host at market prices prevailing at time of hire.  

2. Unless the booking is paid in full online, a deposit of 100eu is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is refundable up until 4 weeks prior to your booking.

3. The Head Coach is there to ensure a safe environment is maintained for all and any instruction must be complied with immediately.

4. Cancellations and Refunds.

a) Cancelling Your Party: If you would like to cancel your booking more than 4 weeks prior to the date of your party, a full refund, minus any credit card fees or charges (if applicable) will be given. For cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to your booking; a 50% refund will be reimbursed if the party was paid for upfront, or the deposit becomes non-refundable if the party was booked manually.

b) Rescheduling Your Party: If you would like to reschedule or postpone your party, there will be no charge associated. We will need at least 48hrs notice prior to the date of your party booking to reschedule, otherwise there is a 50eu late reschedule fee associated to change your booking.

c) In the (exceptionally rare) case that Tumblers Gymnastics Birthday Parties needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund, and the option to reschedule to another date.  

 

Safety Provisions  

The Gymnastics Birthday Parties coaches are committed to ensuring that your party will be a success and while it is a fun event, there are some safety rules that need to be followed. We would therefore appreciate your assistance and support to ensure that everyone has a good time. The coaches are present to ensure that the equipment is safe to use, that guests are using it safely and following the safety rules. Children and supervising adults will receive an orientation to the equipment and be advised of the safety rules prior to being allowed to play. The gym will be set up by the coaches using equipment that is appropriate for the age of the children attending the party and we request that you take this into consideration when organising your guest list.  

 

The following will apply:

a) To protect the equipment, eating and drinking is restricted in the gymnastics area.

b) Children will need to remove their shoes and any jewellery for their safety and the protection of our equipment.

c) Children under 3 years of age will not be permitted into the gym unless accompanied and supervised by an adult. The coaches and the Club accept no responsibility for these children inside the gym, and they are permitted to play on equipment at their own risk, under the discretion of their accompanying adult.

d) Please advise the coaches if you have a guest with special needs ie; hearing or vision impaired, physical disabilities or learning difficulties, and advise them of any relevant information relating to their care.  

e) The Gymnastics Birthday Parties coaching staff are there to ensure a safe environment is maintained for all and any instruction must be complied with immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How early can I arrive to set up for my party?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your party starts.  The coordinator will assist you in carrying in your supplies and direct you to the party room.

What can I bring?

If the themed decorations + disposable tableware Add-on is not purchased, please bring tablecloth, plates, eating utensils, serving utensils, cake, drinks (no red drinks/no alcohol), and food items. 

Can the parents participate?

In order to ensure the safety of the children and adults, we ask parents to remain off the equipment unless child is younger than 3 years.

What is the appropriate attire when participating in a birthday party at Tumblers Gymnastics?

When considering the attire to wear at a birthday party, ensure your attire will not be tripped on, will not be revealing when going upside down or lifting your arms and lower body attire should not be loose fitting.
